How good are your talents for creating banners?

Would you like to enter my contest to create a banner for my new jewelry shop? Hi, I am Gigi, and I am the self representing artist jewelry designer for boocootreasures. I have just recently opened this shop on Etsy. boocootreasures.etsy.com

Besides the fact that I am not satisfied with my abilities to make a decent banner, I don't feel like making one. So I am having a contest asking for people who would like to design a banner for my shop to post them.  The winner will be decided by the people voting for their favorite.  (Hint: you can secretly post your submission, then tell all your friends to go vote for you!)  Oh, who said that??

Rules: Posting and voting of the banner will be done all right here on this blog. The contest starts today, and will end in 30 days. The winner will be notified via email, so when you post your entry, please also include your email address so I can let you know.

In the meantime, while you all are out there designing away, I will be here making a handcrafted piece of jewelry that will be given to that very special person who's banner has the most votes.

Lo Carbing, it's not so bad!

I've been lo carbing now for 6, maybe 8 weeks. Just say I'm real close to feeling deprived from all the good stuff. But just yesterday I was saved when my very close friend told me I could make a little treat using Kraft American Single Slices. No kidding, I said. Yea, she said they taste really close to the Cheez-It crackers you buy in the store. I was dumb founded. I love those crackers. And hadn't had not one since I started lo carbing.
